It’s a Paralelo 10 program to train new art buyers and guide them in acquiring collecting tools, based on the interaction of galleries, artists and collectors. It is a medium and long-term city project that energizes the art market in Bogotá through meetings, talks about collecting, visits to exhibitions, access to information and collecting tools.
